CELEBRATING THE NEW YEAR - weddingbells sytyle!

WOW!!! 2010 is officially over and what a year it was.  This isn’t going to be the post where I reflect on last year, I may do one of those but this isn’t it.  Simply though the year held some of the absolute worst things I’ve ever had to experience and some of the absolute best.  It was one crazy wild roller coaster ride that I definitely have mixed feelings about. But, I have a feeling that 2011 is going to be a good year and is already off to an unbelievable start.  I’m so excited to share some of the best news I’ve ever gotten on a New Year’s - EVER!  Thanks to our AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FANTASTICAL, SUPERDUPER, FABULOUS, STUNNING, and AWESOME clients I’ve had the honour of being named to weddingbells 30 Most Inspiring Photographers for 2011 IN CANADA!!! WOO HOO!!! What an honour to be named amongst some of our countries best and by such a wonderful publication.  Again, thank you to all of our amazing clients (and not just from 2010 but ALL of our couples)! Without your wonderful support, confidence and beautiful love this would not be possible (wow, that suddenly felt like an oscar awards speech or something but I SINCERELY mean it - from my heart :P).  Congratulations to all the other wonderful and amazingly talented photographers.

My first award and my first Cover - Yeah!

Wow, what an amazing honour -  I have TWO great things to share!  I’m sure some of you may already have your hands on these two great publications and I’m so happy and proud to be a part of them.  AISLEWALK 2009 launched a few months back (that’s how behind I am on blogging) and I’m proud to tell you that JENNBESTPHOTOGRAPHY Won BEST WEDDING SPREAD for Holly and Danie’s wedding!  Congratulations to Holly and Daniel whose wedding was so special and just amazing to be a part of.  While you’re browsing through this great mag be sure to check out the Jewellery editorial also shot by yours truly.    And secondly, Neda’s beautiful bouquet by Tala florist was chosen to grace the cover of this year’s WEST COAST BRIDAL GUIDE.  SO EXCITING!!! I L-O-V-E-D this photo as soon as I took it and am so honoured that it’s ended up as a cover.  Be sure to pick up a copy of these great magazines at your local wedding vendors or come to me and get one with your consultation.  Happy Sunday Everyone!!!

Published - Congrats to Heike & Rich

More Congratulations are in order the wonderful Heike and Rich - their amazing May wedding has been featured in the fall/winter issue of Real Weddings.  You can find the magazine on newsstands now as well as at your favourite wedding vendors and Bridal Shows.  Clients who come in for their consultations can also get a copy.  Again, Congrats to the happy couple who look beautiful in the pages of the magazine.
