So, I’ll admit, scheduling a family session for outside on a Februrary morning isn’t my most ideal idea for a family session- a bit risky for Vancouver - but I thoroughly understood the importance of this session to Laurie and her family. Laurie called me looking for some photos to document not only her father’s 65th birthday, but also the fact that her brother and sister would be in town making it the first time they’d all been together in 5 years. This is what I love about my job - being able to provide people with memories of such an important time.
We had a small window when it came to scheduling this session so I was definately hoping and praying that we wouldn’t be forced inside by the rains. When it snowed this week I was really praying and so I was so excited to see that this morning turned out wonderfully. We headed over to Deer lake Park for some photos by the Shadbolt centre and the lake - what a wonderful place to be. Thank you so much Goodine family for the lovely morning - it was so wonderful to meet you all and I hope you are enjoying your celebrations. Here are just a few fav’sfrom the morning along with your sneak peek slideshow. Travel safe everyone
